Funding for basic Island based Research Programme
- a) Preliminary Screening of the project
- b) Pre Review and Expert Committee recommendations
- c) Administrative approval, financial sanction and release of grant
- d) Preliminary Screening of the project & forwarding the same to DST, GOI

Project proposal duly approved and forwarded by HOD of the concern institute .
